How to Draw the Snow Queen

Today we'll take a stab at a fascinating character from a beloved story: Hans Christian Andersen's The Snow Queen. There is a legend that, once upon a time, a beautiful fairy lived on the highest, most solitary peaks of the Alps. Set out with me on a dangerous journey to capture her likeness, hopefully without succumbing to the cold, the snowflakes or becoming frozen in her icy palace.
